The food is absolutely fantastic, staff are very friendly and décor is nice and clean. We have been dining here since we moved here 2006. Appetizers we love are the Thai spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce and egg rolls with swet Thai chili sauce. The Duck Panang is my favorite. Duck Siam is my wife's favorite. Other excellent dishes are the Green Curry Duck and the very interesting Tropical Duck. Kids love the Pineapple Fried Rice w Shrimp, Pad Thai and Chicken Panang. Nice size portions made with very fresh ingredients, many of which are grown fresh in their own garden.

A few years ago my parents, my brothers and i went to this restaraunt for my birthday. We ordered the usual huge spread because we love thai food. But there was a surprise in the tea. A roach, swimming around. The server brought a new pot (no apology) and that was all. No taking the tea off the bill, no acknowledgement of what happened, nothing. We haven't eaten there since.

I think they have new owners again. The owner lady was at our table quite often, and service was superb between her and the waitress. If you have read my other reviews you know that presentation is very important to me. Here, presentation is also important. I had a the whole snapper in chili sauce which was very tasty, and perfectly cooked. Who wouldn't like the look of an entire fish, eyes, fins and all? My wife's duck in black bean sauce was also beautiful and yes, it tasted good too. Beers were cold, glasses kept full, and restrooms spotless. Definitely worth a trip to our little hamlet.

Best Thai we have ever had anywhere. The food is unbelievably delicious and the presentation is lovely. The Panaeng curry chicken is to die for... simply amazing. This GEM deserves your business. Give it a try!!

Nice, quiet atmosphere with authentic decoration. Very good quality Thai food presented nicely. I've traveled to and worked in Thailand since early 70's and this restaurant's cooking is an accurate rendition of what I ate in Bangkok and elsewhere. Pleasant staff and reasonable prices. The duck is my favorite.

I love Thai food and Thai Cuisine has always been a favorite of mine. My favorite dish is the Tropical Curry. The atmosphere is as genuine as you can get in Spring Hill, it used to offer sunken tables with pillow seating, the kids loved that and we miss it. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The dinners can be expensive, so bring your charge card.

We absolutely LOVE this Thai treat! We've traveled the world, only to find this amazing restaurant in our own back yard of Spring Hill, Florida. Our faves - Crab Rangoon's, Amazing Chicken & Green Curry. Can't lose when you come here, never disappointed. Good service, clean & exceptionally delicious food.

Whats up with all the good reviews! Vacationing near weekie wachee and wanted some good thai food and saw all the good reviews so though lets try it. 1st off came here mon cuz yelp said they were opened and they were closed so came the next day. The thai lady with glasses sat our party of 8, they was only 3 tables in the whole place and her lack of enthusiasm to service us just set the tone for the whole meal. Seemed like she was rushing us the whole time, quick to seat us, basically threw our food at us, quick to take our plates and quick to give us the check. Now i don't know if these other yelpers being from a small town knew what real thai food should tate like but this ain't it. I got the panang curry and my bowl of curry had tons of over cooked veg small amount meat and hardly any curry. My wife got pad thai. Now being from atlanta we had our fair share of pad thai and this was horrible the pad thai was wet, watery, too sweet and the sauce tasted like grocery store bought generic pad thai sauce. The appetizers were nothing special and not plated well. If your desperate for thai then do it, but if you are expecting authentic great Thai food aviod. Food ... 3 Decor .... 7 Service .... 2 Atmosphere ... 5 Would i eat here again .... nope, even if i was desperate

What a great find in Spring Hill! Delicious lunch today with great service. My server Dee was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Panang chicken mild and it was delicious... It also came with a fried wonton and a Thai wonton soup. Everything was very flavorful. I couldn't pass up dessert, as it sounded wonderful and it was. I got the Bangkok ice cream. Sweet sticky rice with homemade coconut ice cream. Yum! Just do it:). Everything is made to order, so you can have as much or as little spice as you want. I will definitely be back.

Found this place. Not too crowded good in one sense. Food is good but my only concern was the quantity. It is not sufficient and is little less compared to what I am supposed to get but I guess for the price it might be okay, shouldn't complain that much. Will surely return again.

Flavorful Thai food. Phad Thai is very good. Service is quick. The portions can be a bit inconsistent and when they are it's on the small side.

A nice authentic place in Spring Hill. I really enjoyed the combination pad thai special. Yummy! Best green chicken curry seen to date said my hot wife. The boy asked me to mention he didn't love the onions in his soup but the rest of the meal was fantastic !!!!

We were visiting from out of state and was excited to find this on yelp. After reading all the reviews, we couldn't wait to check it out. We went there on Monday only to find out they were close. We decided to come back on Tuesday. We ordered some padthai, fried rice (for the kids), satay, stuffed chicken wing, tempura chicken, fried eggplant and Panang curry. We were so disappointed, the padthai was too sweet and had too much liquid (def. American style padthai) the chicken fried rice lacked flavor, the chicken tempura appetizer was just slicked chicken lightly dipped in flour and fried. Looked liked something you would try to cook at home (so plain). The fried eggplant was $7 and it was tiny and just basically fried with tempura batter no seasoning or anything. I love eggplant and I can make better fried eggplant. Really simple and plain. stuffed chicken wings and satay was only thing that was decent. The curry was decent too. We eat a lot of Thai food and we were just quite disappointed with the food here. The service was not too friendly either.

Excellent Thai food. I worked in a Thai restraunt for 4yrs while in college and this place taste amazing. The only downside to this place is its VERY pricey. Like 2 people eating for 40$ pricey. Other than that is great!

My family and I loved the food here. We had the Tofu Pad Thai and fried eggplant. The girls loved the donuts! We will definitely be back.

In Spring Hill, you won't find better Thai food in the area. Nice little place in a strip mall. Great service and excellent Thai food. Price is great for a nic e little sitdown place. Give this place a try.

This is the Thai restaurant that I judge all others against. Try the Bael-Fruit hot tea. It's delicious! All of the meals here are wonderful, but don't forget to save room for Thai Donuts afterward. Be sure to ask for "Dee" and let her know Kevin sent you :)

Haven't been here for a while but going to check it out again soon. I LOVE this place. The Thai food is fantastic. My father in law used to live there and he said it is great as well. Love the satay, Thai rolls, both great appetizers. Love their curries, the Masaman curry is my favorite but my brother and wife love the red curry as well. Comes with lots of great veg in there too. I have had the duck a couple of times and it is always very good too, as is the whole fish if they happen to have it that day and a few of you want to share. Very friendly staff, ice cold Singha, what is not to like?

This little Thai place that is tucked away in a strip mall and flanked between a Dollar Tree and a defunct Internet cafe is a go-to must! I moved here from South Florida thinking that Spring Hill couldn't offer anything great, especially Thai food. Wrong! The massaman curry (the one with the peanuts and potatoes in the burgundy/yellow colored sauce) is one of the best I ever had. The last time I came here, it was bustling with customers so it was probably one of their busiest nights and probably they may have rushed it a bit and wasn't so great. However, when it is slow, they take their time and really put out great dishes. My fiance has been coming to this place for years and the servers donned in traditional Thai garb always greet him with a smile and never forget his Tom Yum Soup (which is equally yummy, despite not liking Tom Yum soup). If for whatever reason you are in Spring Hill and are in the mood for some Thai, try this place.

Bumping this up to 3 and a reluctant 1/2 because I do come here on a regular basis for my Thai fix. The owners/staff are nice, but the food needs to deliver. Again, I am plagued by the lack of meat! 20% more meat and I might be singing the praises of this establishment. Time will tell.

Sorry to say, I'm revising my previous 5 start review. My favorite dish had changed, the staff had changed, the food and feel of this restaurant had changed and I'm not happy about it. While it still looks like it always has, the food is definitely not what it was a year ago. My sizzling duck didn't sizzle like it used to. In fact it seemed the dish almost completely changed. Not happy to write this review but mall to the drawing board for the best Thai that's comparable to what this place used to be. :-(

There seemed to be a shortage of waitresses tonight!! I think the owner or his wife waited on me and was very stressed. Otherwise I had a fantastic dinner of Pad something or other. The Jasmine rice tasted like good old white rice. My pad noodles with beef however was superb!!! The decor and presentation and taste makes this place a winner!!!

Chicken in peanut sauce is delicious. Pad thai was great. We ordered 3 desserts and split them. All of them were delicious. Coconut ice cream was amazing!

It's sad for me that the reviews on this place could not have been more wrong because I trusted them and ended up with a dismal dinner. This place is barely edible. I ordered chicken pad thai and it was pretty much paprika and noodles with very dry chicken. It was bland and unimaginative. If this was my first experience with Thai food, I would never try it again. Luckily, I have had amazing thai at other restaurants before and know that this isn't what it should taste like. If you want a true Thai experience, I would strongly recommend making the trip to Tampa to have a more authentic dinner

I bookmarked this place immediately after reading Kevin F's review many months ago. If it was that good, then I had to get some of that. The problem is that I don't often have much reason to head up to Spring Hill. Who does? ;-) Then I get a call from a woman who wants to sell her house in Spring Hill, so off I go to take the listing. When we're done with the paperwork she remarks, "If you like Thai food, there is a good place around the corner." Goodness! It's Thai Cuisine! Kevin F. was right! It has to be one of the best meals I have had this side of Loei Province. In fact, it was so good that I think I'll schlep up to Spring Hill for lunch tomorrow....
